Macaw Living candles are hand-poured in Muscatine, Iowa, using a premium coconut apricot wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each 8 oz candle is crafted with a cotton wick and housed in a clear glass vessel with a gold lid. Enjoy an approximate burn time of 40+ hours when following proper candle care guidelines.
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Burn within sight and keep away from flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.
